Suresteps Wellbeing Services delivers a range of Psychoeducation Groups designed to support emotional wellbeing, identity development and positive life skills across different ages and communities.
While one of our groups focuses on breaking the taboo around dying, death, bereavement, suicide, and building compassionate understanding of grief, our wider programme includes dedicated psychoeducation groups for migrant mothers and other local mothers, children aged 2-5, 10–12, Younger emerging adults 21-25 , older emerging adults aged 26–30, and older adults.
These groups explore a variety of themes—including life transitions, confidence, resilience, relationships, emotional literacy and selfworth—delivered face to face or online to ensure accessible, culturally sensitive support for all families and communities.
