Located in London, Essex, Barking UK. ‘Suresteps Wellbeing Services’ (SWS) is a programme which started in 2017 and registered as a community Interest Company in 2022. We focus on carrying out activities to benefit the community.
The Grief & Loss Bereavement, Group (‘Luminous Steps’) is aimed at working with all sections of the community. The Self-Care Wellbeing Group (‘Glow In Well-being’) is aimed at working with the BAME community. We provide individuals with a place to feel validated and understood as they talk and work through their experiences.

Luminous Steps: Luminous Steps learning to live with Grief & Loss Bereavement is a judgment-free zone that focuses on helping individuals who have gone through loss connect with others who understand what they are going through. We provide local community support for different types of loss, a variety of forums, covering generic loss discussions blogs, chat, journals, creative activities, resources, outings, films, and nature walks. The group is run by qualified counsellors, and helpers who themselves have experienced loss.
