Who We Are

Located in London, Essex and Barking, Suresteps Wellbeing Services (SWS) began in 2017 and became a registered Community Interest Company in 2022. Our purpose is to build stronger communities by improving mental health, emotional well-being and family
connections.

We create safe, culturally sensitive spaces where individuals and families feel validated, understood and supported as they navigate life’s challenges.

Our work includes grief support, wellbeing groups, family play sessions and emerging life skills programmes designed to empower children, young people and parents, emerging adults, older adults.

Luminous Steps – Learning to Live With Grief & Loss

A gentle, judgment free space for anyone coping with grief and bereavement, welcoming all cultures and communities.

Glow In Wellbeing – SelfCare & Wellbeing Group

A culturally aware space supporting emotional resilience, identity and personal wellbeing within the BAME community, with allies warmly welcomed.

Games Time Mums – Play Sessions (Ages 2–5)

Weekly play sessions using storytelling, movement and cultural connection to strengthen early bonds and support child development.

Stay, Play & Bond – Inclusive Monthly Games Sessions (Ages 6–12)

Monthly sessions focused on family bonding, emotional connection, teamwork and joyful shared experiences for all cultures.

Life Skills & Wellbeing Programme

Supporting children, young people, mothers and emerging adults and older adults to build confidence, emotional resilience, cultural identity and healthy relationships through practical life skills and our Unconditional Self Acceptance approach.
